Shipping and Return Policy
Returns
IMPORTANT: Please check your shipping address multiple times before processing your order. Once order is placed, it is very difficult to make changes.
We take pride and care when packaging each order for you. From the moment you place your order, to the moment you unbox your candle, we want to make sure it is a pleasant experience for our customers.
You may return an unused item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return item. We DO NOT except used candles.
Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble and gift box that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.
Damaged Items
If a candle arrives to you damaged, we can issue a credit for a future purchase OR the item can be replaced free of charge. We DO NOT issue REFUNDS. We will need photographic proof that the product was damaged within the 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please email this information, along with your name, order number and reason for your return to Raegaan.myycandles@gmail.com.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped through UPS using UPS Ground. Allow between 3-5 business days before receiving your tracking information.
